Anyone in the performance industries – actors, musicians, producers, directors – can find this type of therapy incredibly useful. Therapy isn’t just for when things go wrong but it also supports growth, confidence and resilience.

The first free initial session is to become familiar and comfortable with the space, ask lots of questions and feel secure to talk about your needs, aims and what you want to get out of therapy.

It’s very much like a chat, we talk through your feelings, your situation and what you want to explore. The session is very much guided by you, with my professional support alongside you every step of the way.

A session is usually one hour, but we can tailor sessions to suit your personal needs.
